Waking up early today for work orientation was not too bad. I drank my liter of water, brushed my teeth, grabbed a few pieces of fruit to snack on, and was out the door.

Decided to wait off as long as I could before snacking, as I wasn't hungry at all when I woke. I honestly had good energy for most of the morning, but this snack really helped me finish up the orientation on a high note.

-Green Banana Smoothie-

3 Cups Mixed Greens 30 cal
2 Cups Ice
Total 555 cal
Just a normal green smoothie here. Made a bit less than 1.25 liters, but I got three decently full glasses out of it. Finished all in about 45 minutes.
I was getting a bit tired before this smoothie, and hoped it would power me up enough to get motivated to exercise a bit. It did not, and I ended up taking a nap around 4:45PM.
7:00PM
-Snack-
2 lg. Orange 132 cal
Upon waking, I wanted orange juice, but because I don't own a juicer, I just grabbed a small glass and started squeezing as much juice out of the oranges as I could. Got about 2 oz. total, but that was enough to satisfy the craving. I ate the rest of the oranges, and the meat of the fruit itself had such a vibrant taste to it. I really liked it not being so juicy after squeezing some of the juice out.

(I figured I'd switch it up and make it interesting for a change. This is the general process, from start to finish, of the standard green banana smoothie.)

Nearly the same thing as earlier in the day, except I decided to add a bit more greens to this one just until I was happy with the consistency and f1avor. Ended up with 1.5 liters which gave me three and a half glasses. Got most of it down in 45 minutes, and finished the last half of a glass around 9:20PM.

-Goji Berries-
Goji Berries 125 cal
Accompanying the rest of the smoothie, I grabbed a handful of goji berries here.

-Apple and Cucumber-

Total 107 cal
Just an hour later, I was still hungry so I opted for another quick snack. Managed to snap a picture before I finished it all.

-5 Bananas-

Just felt like chewing a bit more than normal today, so I gobbled up these 5 bananas in about 25 minutes.

This is where things got a little wacky. I got extremely tired after eating the bananas and just decided to lay down to watch some TV. Figured I'd end up falling asleep, but after a of couple of hours, wouldn't you know it, I got hungry. Off to the kitchen I went where I found some dates and a few strawberries. I think the rest of these dates are going to be gone soon. They were of the Zahidi variety - so good.
-Exercise-
No exercise today. As stated above, I was extremely exhausted, and I just blame the nap in the middle of my day after not getting too much sleep the night before. The heels of my feet were also brutally sore from the long walk the day before, so I figured rest would be acceptable today.

I really need to get the fat and protein numbers to even out where they are "supposed" to be here. I guess I under ate fat specifically today because I did over eat it a bit the day before, so no harm there. Protein numbers definitely need to get up a bit.
Overall, a decent day. Like I said, the bit of a lack of sleep the night before, along with the nap in the middle of the day kind of threw me off towards the end of the night. Hopefully tomorrow things go a bit smoother with energy levels.
