So today was the first day of my new job. Got up to a nice early start in order to provide myself with plenty of time to get home (from Kaiti's) and get ready for work.
9:00AM
-2 Large Bananas-
2 lg. Banana 240 cal
After my liter of water, snacked on two large bananas to get me through the morning.
1:00PM
-Green Banana Smoothie-
5 md. Banana 525 cal
2 Cups Baby Spinach 20 cal
1 Cup Mixed Greens 5 cal
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Ice
Total 550 cal
Those two bananas lasted me all morning, and although I took a small 20 minute nap at around 12:00PM, I still managed to stay full until making this smoothie. I didn't have much time here, so I just slammed the 1.25 liters down straight from the blender in 30 minutes.
3:30PM
-Snack-
1 lg. Banana 120 cal
1 md. Banana 105 cal
Total 225 cal
Right after starting my shift, I was hungry so I grabbed some fruit. I'm lucky to have a pretty relaxed job environment which allows me to snack whenever I please, as that is what I'm going to be doing for the most part on the days I work. I'll do my best to photograph everything I eat that is not a whole fresh fruit, as I'm sure you can imagine what one of those looks like. Obviously, no photo needed here.
5:00PM
-Snack-
1 lg. Orange 86 cal
6:30PM
-Veggie Snacks-
8 Baby Carrots 32 cal
1.5 Stalk Celery 13 cal
1 Cucumber 30 cal
1 md. Apple 95 cal
Total 170 cal
I had the veggies packed in a zip lock and just snacked on them out of the bag. At the same time I ate a fresh apple in my free hand. Didn't get a picture of the veggies today, but I will tomorrow.
8:00PM
-Snacks-
1 Fruit and Nut Bar 241 cal
4 Dates 88 cal
2 lg. Strawberries 12 cal
1 md. Banana 105 cal
Total 446 cal
11:00PM
-Salad-
1 Cup Baby Spinach 5 cal
4 lg. Leaves Romain 20 cal
1 Cucumber 30 cal
3/4 Avocado 242 cal
Total 297 cal
After snacking all day at work, I wanted to come home and get filled up on food so I could relax for the rest of the night, not worrying about going back and forth to the kitchen. This salad filled me up nicely.
1:20AM
-Spinach Ice Cream w/cacao nibs-
4 md. Banana (frozen) 420 cal
~2 Cup Mixed Greens 10 cal
2 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs 65 cal
Total 495 cal
I wasn't sure if I was more hungry or tired at this point, but ultimately decided to eat go ahead and make this ice cream. It took a bit of time to get the flavor and the consistency I wanted wasn't as fluffy as I had hoped, but it was tasteful. Usually when I make ice cream, at least just when only using bananas or with dry ingredients, the consistency is almost exactly the same as traditional soft serve! No lies! Simply put the frozen bananas in a blender and blend until it gets fluffy. It won't do it at first, but you just have to keep at it. In fact, at first it will just chop and spread the bananas apart. You have to open the blender and push down the bananas as best you can so they are compacted. Just keep blending and compacting until all the bananas are blended into creamy, fluffy perfection!
-Exercise-
Due to the type of work that I do, a lot of walking will be done throughout the day: sometimes up to 3 miles, but usually at least 1 mile. I was extremely tired today so I didn't choose to do any extra stretching or strengthening, but I hope to find the time to fit this into my schedule once things get going.

I'm happy with these numbers, as yesterday fat was a bit low and today it is slightly over. As stated plenty of times already through this trial, the body will balance everything out if you just eat based on what it is telling you.
Wonderful day overall. Glad to be back at work. Finally will be active enough that I won't feel like I'm being useless on the days I do have off and choose to sit at home.
And that concludes Day 11!
