Day 12

Today I got up at a decent hour again, but just wasn't so hungry after drinking my liter of water.

1:30PM
-Green Banana Smoothie-

5 md. Banana                   525 cal
1 lg. Banana                     120 cal
1 3/4 Cups Mixed Greens     8 cal
1 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach       7 cal
1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups Ice

                            Total     660 cal

This simple smoothie made 1.25 liters which I managed to finish in about 30 minutes. I literally drank it on the way out the door and in the car on my way to work straight from the blender. I was in a bit of a hurry here so no picture. It's basically the same thing I've posted time and time again.

3:00PM
-Snack-

2 md. Banana 210 cal

Again, snacking at my lesuire is going to be key to getting through my days of work. Will follow the same suit as yesterday.

5:30PM
-Veggie Snacks-


6 Baby Carrots        24 cal
1.5 Stalk Celery      13 cal
1 Cucumber            30 cal

                  Total     67 cal

6:00PM
-Fruit Snacks-


4 lg. Strawberry     24 cal
3 md. Banana      315 cal
1 lg. Orange          86 cal

              Total     425 cal

In addition to the pictured strawberries and sliced banana, I had a couple more bananas and an orange.

11:00PM
-Snack-

Here I just finished up the bit of the smoothie that I had leftover from earlier this afternoon.

1/2 Cup Water
1 1/2 Cups Ice

1 md. Apple (sliced)       95 cal
1 Cucumber (sliced)       30 cal

                       Total     665 cal

After getting home and settled in, I decided to make one last large green smoothie to get some of the leafy greens I didn't really get yet today. This one made about 1.25 liters and went down quickly. I think it must have been before 12:00AM, as I was asleep soon after 12:30AM.

-Exercise-
Because I was so tired from getting back into the swing of things at work, I skipped exercise for today.
