Day 10

I felt like I finally got caught up on sleeping last night, so it feels great to be back on track!

12:45PM
-3 Large Bananas-

Wasn't very hungry this morning after drinking my liter of water, so I waited a bit before having these bananas.

3:30PM
-3 Medium Banana & Goji Berries-

~1 oz. Goji Berries     100 cal

                     Total     429 cal

I was surprised how long those 3 larger bananas this morning held me over. When I did get hungry, I just grabbed food until I was satisfied.

4:00PM
-Exercise-

Kaiti and myself took a nice long walk that came in just under 2 1/2 miles. I know how long it was because I found this nifty GPS oriented workout app on my phone. It uses GPS signals to calculate your speed, distance traveled, and things like that. It has become very handy for keeping track of my walks.

This was a nice change of pace from what I'm used to and I thoroughly enjoyed it after the long walk!

-Very Green Banana Smoothie w/Mango Chunks-

                             Total     670 cal

The bananas I just bought were starting to ripen a bit already, so I figured I'd try another smoothie. I didn't like the flavor at first, so I just kept adding greens until it tasted the way I wanted it to. Adding the mango chunks combined well with the slight bitterness of the greens, and the entire 1.5 liters of this went down in just 45 minutes.

Again, I was hungry so I just went to town until I was satisfied. Afterwards I took a photo (of what I could) to show how much food it actually was. Notice that the raisins are missing because this is the last of the bag that I had brought to Kaiti's. Also, the fruit and nut bar pictured is a whole bar, as I had finished the second half of another one.

Fat was a bit low today, but the protein is getting to where it needs to be.
