Day 24

After getting to bed the night before pretty early, I was up early this morning, and immediately hungry.

10:15AM
-Fruit Salad-


3 md. Banana 315 cal
1/2 Mango 67 cal
1 oz. Blueberries 16 cal

Total 398 cal

This combo of fruit is becoming a flavorful choice for the start of my day. Today was no exception!

1:00PM
-Green Banana Orange Flax Smoothie-


1 lg. Banana 121 cal
2 md. Banana (frozen) 210 cal
1 Cup Collard Greens 11 cal
1 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach 15 cal
3/4 lg. Orange 65 cal
2 Tbsp. Flax Meal 60 cal

Total 482 cal

Right before work I was just getting hungry again. This smoothie made only 1/2 liter, which was very thick, but it still took me 30 minutes to finish. The new inclusion of the flax meal gave a very subtle but noticeable nutty flavor which was superb! Also, the 3/4 of the orange was the perfect amount for flavor, not overloading the drink with citrus. Definitely going to be making this one more often!

I basically just chose to snack all day at work today, finally eating a "meal sized" portion around 7:30PM.

11:30PM
-Huge Salad-

I was super hungry for a large meal after snacking all day long. This salad took 30 minutes to make, and 45 minutes to finish eating pretty consistantly, as I was extremely hungry. I took some of the raw ranch dip that I made the other night, and just added water until I got a thick dressing like consistency to just lightly graze the top of the salad.

Total 177 cal

I got to bed at a decent hour and was just a bit hungry before falling asleep, so it was no surprise when I woke mid-sleep hungry for a snack.

-Exercise-
Same as yesterday's exercise load, although today was even more busy so I felt I got an even better amount of activity in.
